Text Message Marketing

Text messaging is one of the most effective ways to get in front of your target audience and create action.

Why? First, the space is less crowded. Think about the number of emails you get in a day. Then compare that to the number of text messages you receive. Unless you’re a teenager with an active social life, that number should be considerably less.

Second, people also pay more attention to their text messages. The notifications are more visible and the content is shorter and more digestible.

With RSM, you’ll get SEO specialists who do what works and show you what they’re doing. No hocus-pocus. No razzle-dazzle. Just hard work and results that move the needle for your business.

In fact, 95% of text messages are read and responded to within the first three minutes of receipt and in general, text messages have a 98% open rate.

Let RSM Marketing Integrate Text Messaging into your Marketing Strategy

Sure, your basic marketing agency will send out some text messages for you—but RSM will map out a plan that allows SMS messaging to support your overarching marketing goals.

We’ve distributed hundreds of thousands of text messages on behalf of our clients and we’ve seen the results they bring. With the right messaging, calls-to-action and distribution times, texting spurs ACTION.

Is Text Messaging Right for My Business?

As a consumer, you’ve likely received text messages from a business offering some type of discount. While this is an effective way for eCommerce businesses to use texting, SMS marketing is more versatile than you think! It’s valuable in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing—and you have the ability to send photos, links and more!
